Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by email) before the withdrawal period has expired. You may contact us at:

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge a restocking fee for items that are returned in a condition other than their original state.

5. Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@ezzenceclub.com.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
