Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by email) before the withdrawal period has expired. You may contact us at:

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised;
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. perfumes, cosmetics that have been opened or used);
  • Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items by their nature;
  • Digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ezzenceclub.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which you received them;
  • In their original packaging with all accessories, labels, and seals intact;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.
