This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through ezzenceclub.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. During high-demand periods (e.g. seasonal promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the European Union and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@ezzenceclub.com and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and the carrier:
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- International (outside EU): 7–21 business days
These are estimated times only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier capacity, or events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders delivered within the EU, VAT is included in the displayed price where applicable. For international orders outside the EU, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information provided. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@ezzenceclub.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at contact@ezzenceclub.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at contact@ezzenceclub.com and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
